Since 1865 the Harvard Club of New York has been a social gathering place for Harvard Alumni who wish to maintain a link to their Cambridge experiences in Manhattan. The Harvard Club of New York Foundation is a non-profit corporation with the goal of fostering literary, scientific, and educational interests among Harvard Club of New York members.
Through its endowment, the foundation helps local New York undergraduate and graduate students attend Harvard University and supports summer programs for international students. In addition to these scholarships, the foundation offers two Harvard Club Summer Community Service Fellowships for Harvard undergraduates. In this initiative, the selected students receive a stipend that enables them to work full-time on their chosen public service project in the New York area for 10-12 weeks.
